LEGAL CONDITIONS AND PRIVACY

The Owner Client or his representative (hereinafter, THE CLIENT) voluntarily provides CoverSet, represented by Daniel Villalba Martínez with DNI 32.824.964-P and Francisco Marcos Chanca with DNI 53235524T the attachments that will be considered “personal data”, not “confidential data” (hereinafter, LOS DATOS), in order to facilitate mediation and negotiations between the Client and customers interested in hiring their property to carry out a shooting, recording, event or photo shoot.

THE CUSTOMER authorizes CoverSet to treat the DATA provided for the provision of the requested service and to carry out promotional and advertising activities that may be of interest, to expand and / or improve said service.

CoverSet reserves the right to use THE DATA provided by THE CLIENT in the manner it deems most appropriate, always in accordance with the services requested.

CoverSet will treat DATA WITH absolute confidentiality, not being accessible to third parties for the different purpose for which it has been authorized, and is committed to fulfilling its obligation of secrecy of DATA, to its duty to keep it confidential and to the adoption of the necessary measures to avoid its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access, taking into account at all times the state of the technology.

THE CLIENT is solely responsible for the accuracy and correctness of THE DATA provided and guarantees that they do not infringe the intellectual or industrial property rights of third parties, or any other legal provision and undertakes to keep DATA updated, exonerating CoverSet from liability in as to hypothetical damages that could be caused by the use of non-updated information.

THE CUSTOMER may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition via emaiL.

For the purposes of the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, CoverSet informs the CLIENT of the existence of a personal data file called “CLIENTS”. CoverSet will incorporate the DATA provided by THE CLIENT in said file owned by CoverSet duly communicated to the Data Protection Agency.

The controversies or claims arising from the interpretation or execution of this Legal Notice will be governed by Spanish law, and will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the CoverSet domicile.
